CA Blocks Paramount WBD Merger

I think this is great news. Paramount has ruined CBS News, and there is no reason they should also own CNN.

I’m also sure this will lead to more layoffs and fewer movies being produced.

This is temporary, so let’s hope it sticks.

The states contend the merger would increase Paramount’s leverage over movie theaters and pay television distributors while reducing competition for film projects, programming rights, creative talent and consumer attention.
